Restrictions and Compliances

Xeltek has been committed to be compliant with the RoHS requirements ever since the RoHS directive had been approved and adopted by the European Union. All Xeltek products shipped after March 2006 have been fully compliant with RoHS. All our prodcuts are free of or do not contain any Conflict Minerals.

RoHS is “The restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment". RoHS puts direct bans on the placing of more than agreed levels of lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyl (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE) flame retardants on new electrical and electronic equipments that are subjected to be marketed on European Union Countries since 1 July 2006.

All Xeltek SuperPro® products have been subject to all applicable evaluation and assessment procedure(s) as defined by the CE (Conformité Européenne) directives.
