Manual Tray (Standard Equipment)
The standard I/O device for the SuperBOT machine. Operators manually replace programmed trays once a full tray is complete. This option requires no additional accessories.
Auto Tray Device
Automatically feeds unprogrammed trays into the machine and restacks programmed trays for efficient processing. Can handle up to 25 trays.
Tape-In Device
Electric tape feeders compatible with tape widths ranging from 8 to 44mm.
Tape-Out Device
Repackages programmed chips back into tape reels. Features an adjustable rail to accommodate different tape sizes. Supports both hot and cold seals.
Tube-In Device
Removes chips from tube packaging and supports various tube sizes. Capable of handling up to 8 tubes simultaneously.
Tube-Out Device
Repackages chips into tubes, supporting up to 8 tubes simultaneously.
Laser Marker System
Fiber laser marker attached to Tape or Tray handlers. Marks alphabets, numbers, and special characters. Supports multiple chip marking on trays.
