Please check the air pressure of the “Push” cylinder, located in front of the SuperBOT.
The air pressure should be increased if the socket cannot be fully opened.
This will solve the issue with the socket template presser, allowing the sockets to fully open.
The Push setting is found on the SuperBOT 5A & 5E model.
For other SBOT models please check the Air Compressor PSI setting.
