Please check if your laptop is configured in a way that only people with administrator privileges can load outside software properly, Or right click software and “Run as Administrator”.
Please also try to load the programmer software onto a laptop that did not require administrator privileges .
Then change setting on Windows Firewall to allow SuperPro 6100 software to communicate your PC through Firewall.
If you have tried the following steps above please ensure you are running on USB 2.0. Superpro 6100 isn’t compatible with USB 1.0
