If you are experiencing issues with your Xeltek software not opening please check your anti-virus or firewall as it may block the software.
Please check your vault of your anti-vuris/firewall, if you see any Xeltek related programs please allow it.
This is a common issue with company’s computer has they have extra security. If you are unable to disable or turn off your firewall, we suggest contacting your IT department.
