As SP6100 programmer is 144 pin driver programmers and therefore has different set (DX Series) of socket adapters . However, almost all ICs with pins equal to or less than 48 pins can work well with old SA series socket adapters . For many devices with 48pins or less, we’ve open the compatibility with SA adapters. If your chip has pin count greater than 48 pins then DX adapter will be used.
