A : We have the SuperPro LX software that allows to work with win XP.
Please visit the Xeltek download page and download the software.
Before installing the new software on XP, please read the following information.
1) Set Parallel port to EPP within PC BIOS.
2) Please check the Requirements & Compatibility Information in SuperPro LX webpage
below and Confirm your PC complies with SuperPro LX’s system requirements
Parallel model SuperPro LX depends on PC for timing and therefore some newer PC
configurations are not compatible with them and give communication errors. If it does
not solve the problem we recommend using a slower PC or upgrading to USB interface
model (SuperPro 6100/611S/610P).
