Please follow the steps below:

1. Uninstall the current SuperPro software using Control Panel.
2. Download and install the latest software under the following link.
http://www.xeltek.com/software/sp6100/nsp6100.exe
3. Connect the programmer directly USB2.0 port of PC, and turn on the power of the
programmer.
4. Open the software.
