I am trying ro program Freescale Coldfire MCUs such as MCF51AC256C , MCF51AC128C, MCF51AC256B on Superpro IS01 but my software freezes as soon as I issue any command such as program or erase. What can be wrong?

These Coldfire chips need Power on Reset (POR) in order to enter BDM mode for programming. The best way is to supply Vcc from IS01 to a relay to switch external power.
