I want to program Siemens SAF-C515C 8-bit CAN Controller by using SuperPro 3000U. And S615B socket is suggested in the device list. However, S615 is a PQFP socket show in the device list. It looks like a TQFP. At the same time in the datasheet of SAF-C515, its package is MQFP. I couldn’t determine which socket is suitable for programming SAF-C515C (Siemens)?

S615B is the right socket adapter for you. P-MQFP (Plastic metric quad flat package) is PQFP. TQFP (Thin Quad Flat Pack (TQFP) packages provide the same benefit of the metric QFP package.
