The USB device I’m trying to install is an in circuit debugger. When I install it, it will be recognized as Xeltek programmer. I need to fully uninstall the Xeltek product from my PC so that I can install the debugger for my current project. I cannot see Xeltek program in Control panel.

A : Please download 3000U software and install it again. Then, you will be able see
SUPERPRO USB serials under “Add and Remove Programs” in “Control Panel”.
Please uninstall Xeltek by removing SUPERPRO USB serials and install your iBiquity
drivers.
