Warning Against Unauthorized and Counterfeit Xeltek Products

Thank you for choosing Xeltek. We take great effort to ensure the high quality and workmanship of our products and that is why we make sure that all programmers undergo strict quality control before every shipment. Unfortunately, there are others who would dishonestly use our name to market products which we have not authorized. These counterfeits are not restricted to any one region and may appear in any market around the world. Moreover, the counterfeiters often place our name and/or trademarks on their counterfeits making it even harder to distinguish them from our original products. SuperPro family of programmers support more than 100,000 devices and there are more than 500 types of socket adapters, which require factory support.

Unauthorized/Counterfeit products don't qualify for 2 year warranty, regular software updates and after sales tech support. The independent use or installation of such counterfeits into other equipment may result in, amongst other things, poor performance, malfunction, and/or serious injury. We have no responsibility for any damage arising from or in connection with counterfeit products. To reduce their risk of receiving counterfeits and unauthorized programmers, we strongly recommend to only buy directly from Xeltek or through our authorized distributors.

Programmers purchased from unauthorized resellers (listed below) are materially different from genuine Xeltek SuperPro programmers. Therefore, warranties and service commitments do not apply to unlawfully sold products. Please contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized distribution.
